Booking Terms

Placeholder booking terms. Review and replace with the final service agreement before launch.

Reservations & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before your event. Your booking is confirmed once we verify availability and you receive our service agreement.

Space & Power

Each booth needs a minimum 8 ft × 8 ft area and access to a standard power outlet. Outdoor setups require a flat, covered, weather-protected area.

Setup & Takedown

Setup takes 45 to 60 minutes and takedown about 30 minutes. Setup time is not deducted from your booked hours.

Service Area & Travel

We serve the Greater Los Angeles Area and the Inland Empire. Travel fees may apply outside this area.
